Nervous as wrecked

I am hoping medhelp can help answer my question. I am so freaked out right now and I do not know how long I can contain this fear.

13th April 2014, I received unprotected oral sex.

Recently due to anxiety or fear because I think I've found someone that I love, I start to manifest whether I contracted any STDs.

I have no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

Started last week, I however felt tingling at the tip of my penis. I am not sure if ulcer has formed inside the tip of my penis. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

During the day, the tip of my penis looks normal except for a white spot on the tip. No pain. Peeing normally. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

During the night, i checked my penis again with my torch light, the white spot seems different and this freaked me out. BUT No pain. Peeing normally. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

I am not sure what I am looking at or understand what is going on.

please assist.

This is stress related most likely.

There is nothing suggestive of herpes in the timing or symptoms.

Stop worrying and start loving!

Ive visited the clinic, the doctor has given me Cipro. Do you think it should clear up the itchiness and the feeling of constant urination?

FINAL QUESTION.....I PROMISE THIS WILL B THE LAST. Sorry!

If its not herpes, Gonorhea, chlamydia, what is causing the itch inside the urethra and constant urination?

I have a rubberized sex toy and I would occasionally use it for masturbation with baby oil. Do you think has caused the imflamation in the urethra? Or caused bacterial infection?

As of now, there is no discharge nor painful urination.

They tend to produce more internal symptoms such as painful urination and sore testifies and often no symptoms at all.

It is exceptionally rare to obtain chlamydia or gonorrhea from oral sex.

You are stressing way too much and making a minor condition far worse than it need be.

See a doctor as soon as you can for advice on the problem and treatment. It is not possible to narrow down what this may be. It could be anything or nothing. I would suggest that herpes can be eliminated as a cause.
