No Burning, No Itching, No blisters, Red Spots?

Had unprotected sex with a new partner 3 times in 2 days. 2 days later I notice a red patch of skin on my shaft. , circular, one color throughout. There was no bump, no head, and it didn't turn into a blister. The spot went away in 2 days. The following day I noticed three more spots, close together, in a different spot. Two of these had a pin-sized dried blood spot on them, that could be picked away. I'm not experiencing any pain from these spots, but am concerned that I may have contracted herpes, and we all hear about different symptoms. I have a scheduled appointment in 2 days, but thought I'd get some thoughts from you ahead of time. So far nothing I've seen looks anything like a water-blister. Thanks in advance for your help!

I was tested 2 months ago. Positive for hsv1 negative for hsv2. Have had two partners since.  Have not asked new partner yet.

have you and  your partner ever been tested for herpes? If you are still in contact with this partner, ask.

these don't really sound like herpes going on.
