Oral herpes or?

Day 0, I made out with a new girl, Day 1 I made out and had protected sex with the same girl.
60 hours after this, I had extremely dry lips and a slight pain slightly left-of-center on the bottom inside of my lip. Over the next day this because a small bump that I could feel with my tongue but not see visually. On this day I couldn't tell, but it seemed like I had a very slight fever, and would have spasms in my face muscles and a sudden twinge in my forehead like a tiny headache that would last no longer than a second. I was also biting my lip a lot with my teeth feeling for anything and this caused pain over the course of the day. Day 4, there were slight tingles that would go away when I touched the outside of my face with my finger, and a burning all around the outside of my dry lips that was a hot dry feeling, it felt like dehydration around my lips but drinking water didn't help. All my mouth on the left side felt like the same residual pain after getting a mouth shot at the dentist, and portions of my lip felt kind of numb. Day 5, the muscle pain (shot like feeling) had gone away, the bump I can still feel with my tongue but have never been able to see anything that looks different. Over the next 2 days the burning around my mouth pretty much went away and my lips rehydrated, and the weird spasm feeling in my forehead stopped occurring, but I noticed the development of another bump (painless) next to the first one on the inside lip and two on my inside cheek on the opposite side. I have not seen any red spots or developed any lesions or noticed anything visually abnormal outside of my mouth or on the lips. I have previously made out with ~70 girls and felt I had probably already acquired HSV1 asymptomatically as much of the population has, so I felt like I should be immune.  The girl had no visible lesions and said she'd never had anything. I am very paranoid and once was sure I'd contracted genital herpes which turned out to be completely unfounded and I had very mild foliculitis, so I could be imagining symptoms. There is still a small amount of dryness surrounding my lips and a very subtle random tingle sporadically and uncommonly.

More bumps developed 2 days later and the first has not changed, only become not painful. Should I be concerned with oral herpes, or canker sores? Help would be hugely appreciated. It's now been a week and I feel fine except for feeling bumps with my tongue and dryness all around outside my mouth.

To add, I have had a lot of focused anxiety in the past that is unfounded, and this could be part of it? I also regularly hit an Ecig.

Dryness may also be from shaving every day and not rinsing, just wiping off shaving cream with towel?
