Hi,
Four months ago i was diagnosed with oral hsv1 and as per my doctor there is nothing to worry about it.As per my doctor, in India there is no need to inform to your future partner about it?
Any one faced this situation,especially in india?what should I do now?

At least 50 percent of adults are infected with hsv1, and most do not know it. If you do not get outbreaks, the odds that you will ever transmit it to another person, is quite low. If you do get outbreaks, it could mean you have a higher than average amount of asymptomatic shedding, so you may want be careful if you feel an outbreak coming on.
