PLEASE HELP IM SCARED I HAVE HERPES

Ok here is the story. About 6 weeks ago i had unprotected oral sex with someone i met for the first time, this is the only sexual contact i have had in over a year and i never had any symptoms before this event. about 3 weeks after the event i noticed a small red bump on the head of my penis which brought my attention to other similar bumps around the head of my penis. they were so small that they were almost invisible to the naked eye. i went to a doctor the next week and he said it didnt look like herpes and he gave me tests for numerous STDs that all came back negative, however the herpes blood test is only accurate after at least 6 weeks which means if i got herpes that it wouldnt have shown up in the test yet. the pain and discomfort in my penis and anus has gotten so much worse over the last few weeks, when i first noticed the symptoms there was no pain and only slight discomfort when i masturbated and now it hurts almost all the time and it is very uncomfortable when i masturbate. i am going to see another doctor for a second opinion. i wrote the girl i met with today and asked if she had herpes because i was concerned and she called me an ******* and said no she doesnt. what should i think? there are more bumps and it hurts really bad especially to masturbate but the bumps are still really small and its been 3 weeks since i first noticed them and it doesnt look like any have blistered and broken the way herpes sores are supposed to. someone help please!!!

i had my follow up appointment with the same doctor and she said she was still pretty sure it wasnt any kind of STD. she didnt test me for herpes or genital warts but she said it didnt look like it so she wasnt going to, she said she didnt know what it was but at least we eliminated the "bad stuff" but it hurts sooooo freaking bad!!! its like someone jammed a rusty nail in the head of my penis and it hasnt gone away for at least 7 weeks. how can anything that hurts this bad and be visibly noticeable not be something bad? im scared and it hurts so bad all the time that i can never stop thinking about it im a depressed mess and i dont have my next appointment till next tuesday with the urologist. god this *****... =(

You've seen 2 providers now who tell you it isn't herpes after actually examining you. Why the continued concern that it might be herpes related?  It would be unusual for herpes to cause this many symptoms for this long anyways.

If you are getting worse, call and ask for a sooner follow up appointment.

ok heres the deal, i went to a second doctor to get it looked at again and she told me the pain and itching in my anus were unrelated to the pain and itching in my penis. she told me that it definately didnt look like herpes and she seemed so confident that she didnt even test me. however, this is the second doctor to tell me its not herpes but still not tell me what it is. my penis hurts really bad and the bumps look to have gotten worse and im really concerned because neither doctor knew what it was and i got antibiotics from the second doctor that didnt have any effect on me, i took all of the pills and no bumps and no pain went away. my follow up appointment isnt for a week and im really depressed because there is something wrong with my penis and i have no idea what it is im scared and i need help!

It doesn't sound like Herpes to me it may be a Bacterial Infection though that might need some anti-biotics to clear up ..... go back to your Doctor and ask why this is ongoing ..... if it hurts to masterbate then don't this may be causing the delay in healing and you risk spreading it around from your hands if it's Bacterial  .....
