PLEASE SOMEONE RESPOND

-what home remedies can i use on a sore located on the lip...that can not only speed up healing but can help the scab dry up and get my skin back right?
-is my saliva infected at all times or only infected once i have an OB?
-I RARELY have an OB on the lips...if anything it starts off as a pimple or whitehead and i pick at it so much to the point where it scab up...my test results were low for hsv1 maybe 1. something but it was high for hsv 2
-i rarely get OB genital area...maybe 1-2 a yr if not that
-can i not kiss my child on the jaw since my saliva is infected?
-can i not kiss my boyfriend?
can someone just clear this up for me

No one answered the 1st or 2nd time for I fig it was lost files or didn't post. I seen people question answered within an hour of them posting so that's why I repeated myself. Still no answer to any of my questions but I did get told to stop posting repeatedly smh
