Perfect HSV 2 Symptoms but IGG 1 & 2 negetive after 4 months

I had protected sex with an unknown status girl on July 17, 2011. I had pain and itching from day 4 and blisters full of thick yellow puss (two) came out, one is on the base of the shaft and another near the waistline. On day 9 I did all STD lab check  through lab corp and came negative. Blisters busted on day 11. Things started to get little better. Day 28 after  exposure did HSV IGM and IGG1&2 through lab corp. Came negative. Day 32 went a Dermatologist Assistant and she told me without culture test she can not confirm but she thought it happened from ingrown hair. She prescribed ointment. After using it things started getting better.  I was convinced it was not HSV. On day 42 I had protected sex with a girl while I was travelling Ukraine. I came back and on day 50 I got a phone call from her that she had a white vaginal discharge with lower abdominal pain and small pimples. On Day 52 I had another full STD testing including HSV IGM and IGG 1 & 2 through lab corp. Everything  negative. On Day 55 small pinch and itching started and small red spot started popping up here and there in the boxer area. Went to doctor on DAY 60 and he said, he is sure this is not HSV and he see inonfection. These small red spots which came out about 2 months later of possible exposure stays the same until now (today). Day 100 I used Monistat guessing it could be yeast infection. Nothing changed. On Day 105 I had viral flue ( seasonal).  On Day 122 I did another HSV IGM and IGG1 & 2 test . IGG1 & 2 test cam back negative but igm came back equivocal  .95.  My rashes actually never got better, it got worse with the time passes.  It constantly itches from day 60 to today. No recurrent OB, Also that girl did not have any recurrent OB  and she also tested negetive all STD 15 days ago.  I take arginine four times a week for body building. Does it matter?. My immune system might be weaker since every year I get viral fever since my childhood.I also have immune supplements everyday. suggestions?

If she is negative and so are you on the IgG antibody test, then neither of you appears to be infected!  She could have a bacterial infection, a fungal infection, it is unknown.  You tested negative after four months, and that is all your are responsible for doing, I think.

The girl in Ukraine got some sort of infection from me (On day 42 after possible exposure, I had sex with her) since she had white discharge (4 days after I had protected sex with her), pimples, lower abdominal pain and itching. If it is not herpes then what it could be that she got from me? She had tested all STD once, came negative. But also it could be too early for detecting antibody. Also I tested Syphilis after 4 months of possible exposure and it came back negative too. Please help me. I already have spent almost two thousand dollars without any definite answer. I have stopped having any sex.

If you don't have herpes, you can't give it to someone else.

Usually herpes doesn't present with yellow pus in the blisters, that sounds more like a bacterial infection than herpes to me, especially since your tests have all been negative.  Also, the improvement with antibiotic ointment suggests a bacterial rather than a viral infection.  I would completely ignore the equivocal IgM test as they are useless in diagnosing herpes correctly.  You waited the four months from possible time of infection for your 122 day test, and I think you should believe that one and move on.  Most people get some kind of viral infection once a year, so that doesn't concern me.  Over all, nothing in your description makes me worry about herpes, and there is a lot to suggest that your problems are not being caused by herpes.
