Pigmented Patch on Tip of Penis

I've come to notice recently that a pigmented patch is visible near the tip of my penis to the right.  The size is about 1x1.5cm.  It's not extremely red or anything it just looks like a patch of skin with different pigment with a reddish hue. It's not raised, doesn't itch, etc.

I don't know if this is something I just noticed for the first time and am freaking out over, or if it's something alarming.  Or if it's something that's gradually becoming more visible...I don't know.  I had an encounter 2.5 months ago that only involved frottage.  That's what's freaking me out.

Is this normal sounding?  What are the possible causes? Herpes?

Thank you!

Thank you, it has changed really in the last week, so i'm guessing its just the normal skin pigment patch on the head of my penis.  if i am anxious and stressed about this whole thing, will that cause me to think that every little thing i notice that i wouldn't have previously be due to this encounter?

Thank you. Now if the encounter happened 2.5 months ago, wouldn't have this started way back then? Or could it start that much time after the exposure?  Or is it a chance I've had this all my life and it's just worrying is making it look worse than it is.

Your anxiety is really getting the best of you. What doesnot sound normal is constantly checking your body for any abnormalidies. I really suggest making an app with a doctor and discussing your concerns. Have a complete check up so you can put this behind you.
