Pimple on Left Thigh

I have only had sex with 4 guys in my life. One guy is ruled out because I haven't had sex with him in years and we lost our virginity's together. Anyway, I was dated this other guy for 2 1/2 years and then we went on a break. We still have sex now and then. Anyway, I went through a strange stage where I had sex with 2 other guys. One I'm not too worried about but the other I don't know too well at all. All the sex I have had was protected  besides the 2 serious relationships I was in and that was over 2 years ago that that happened last.

Anyway, I haven't noticed anything until now but I had sex with this guy in July/August. I have folliculitis I believe but I have a few pimples on my thigh. When I scratch them, they bleed and they are not clustered together like I have read they usually are.

I also have a yeast infection at the moment and had my first yeast infection about a month ago and it reoccurred.

First off, don't scratch them!

Secondly, pimples sometimes are just that - pimples. If you are concerned, be seen when you are symptomatic. And of course, if you've never been tested for herpes, now's the time while it's on your mind. You'd want an IgG type specific blood test. Consider a full STD screening, so you can move forward and know your sexual health. If you have a regular partner, he should be tested as well.

Also, I only had sex with the 2 other guys once each, separately of course.

"When I scratch them, they bleed and they are not clustered together like I have read they usually are."

When I say like I have read they usually are, I mean herpes clusters
