Please help me!

I had unprotected sex last Thursday night, which was 5 days ago. It was very aggressive sex, that lasted a long time, which I remember my vagina being dry during a good amount of time during intercourse. The next day I had some burning and itching of the skin, on Saturday I could see small opened cuts on each sides of the opening of my vagina, and at the bottom of my vagina. I scratched this area a lot, which the next day these cuts became sores that hurt. They did not pop, but the skin around them became white and they seem infected. I went to a "doc in the box" and told them what happend, they looked and told me they were abrasions from the rough sex. Then these sores got worse, so I went to another doctor who said they kind of looked like herpes and did a culture. She said to come back in 7 days. My question is, do you think herpes sores would show up this fast (2days) and they ate not deep speed just skin surfaced. Does this sound like herpes? Please help I'm terrified!!!!

Well now the skin around the 2 on the left side are gone, they now just look like scratches.. there's no scabing, the one at the bottom of the opening of my vagina still has skin around it, and It's red in the middle. Then the 2 on the right side: one just looks like a scratch, and the other is white in the middle, but not like a pimple or head. They never popped or scabbed or anything since I've had them. I remember the day after the rough sex, which was last Friday, I scratched the raw skin while falling asleep. The sores had not formed yet, it was just raw itchy skin. Then when I woke up it was way worse. That's when the sores started forming. I'm hoping that they were just abrasions from rough sex and then I scratched them and they formed into sores. I'm really hoping it is not herpes. The doctor I saw yesterday had to take a long painful culture from me because there wasent enough fluid in any of the blisters. She said when taking a culture she hopes she can pop the sore herself and test the fluid. But what I was trying to tell her was that the sores I have we're never, puss filled or blood filled. I'm so confused and scared. Please give me some advice.
I get the results back on Tuesday. She said it was a 50/50 % chance it could be herpes or just abrasions from rough sex.
i think that sores on the genitals, and the fact that a doctor has visually diagnosed them as herpes is quite worrisome. when do you get the results back from the culture?
Is there anything else you think it could be? And why do you think it is in fact herpes?
