Please help

About a month ago i received unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. 3-4 days later i had penile discharge so went to the gum clinic where i was swab tested and also trrated for gonnorhea and chlamydia. The discharge stopped staright away but then received my results back saying they were negative. However now i have had a tingling sensation on my penis head for a few weeks. Sometimes it stings a little. However does not stong when i urinate. I ahve been constantly checking for any lesions etc and cant see anything obvious. Could this be herpes in my urethra that caused the original discharge or qpuld the symptoms be noticeable. If not herpes what else could it be? Please help as im seriously worried

No that is not the case. Tingling is not a sign of a primary and you did not miss tge primary if you had one. You have no real symptoms of hsv. You do have symptoms of being genitally focused. Believe me. If you were actually having hsv symptoms you would know it.

You didn't miss a primary. It's also rare to have lesions inside the urethra and none outside. So herpes is not realistic.

I read that herpes can cause tingling for a long period of time without lesions forming or the lsions can be very hard to notice to the untrained eye. Coukd this be the case here

Hi what color was the discharge as a sign of infection would be white. Also getting an herpes outbreak inside your penis is only from recurring outbreaks not first time as are initially contracted from point of contact and her making contact with the inside of your penis is impossible also treatments take about a 4 days to take effect not straight away.

The discharge was a yellowish colour. The doctor thought it was gonnorhea so treated me. The results came back negative however. If not herpes and after being treated for chlamydia and gonnorhea what could this be?
Also if it was a recurrent outbreak and i hadnt noticed a primary outbreak, would the discomfort last so long?
