I had oral sex (oral to oral and oral to genital) and i was diagnosed with IGM Positive on May-13-2016.
I had fever for week. Both IGG are negative, doctor ask me take IGG tests after 3 months.
Can you please help me if i'm diagnosed with herpes by looking at pictures i uploaded? Please please? Those red pimples i got after itching.

That is not hsv. They would have progressed and be healing by now. Please stop stressing over this.

Hello Doctor,

Hope you doing well, as i mentioned earlier small pimples on my penis, i have attached pics of my small three pimples on my penis.

I see no pain even if i press and i dont see growth or no fluid is filled but i'm still scared because i never seen this three pimples before. This is almost 3 1/2 weeks now exist on my penis but no growth. Please suggest if this is herpes? Or what might be this is? Also i'm feeling like very mild pain on my left side of testicle is that herpes symptom..

I'm planning to visit my urologist to show this pimples. Please suggest me if i'm going right way?

Doctor,

Fleetworrd and you both on same page explained almost similar which i agree 100%.
You both are very very helpful.
But question in my mind is, What happened to me since last month may-05-2016 which is after exposure.

1) Fever with still dark colored urine.
2) Small Bump on penis which is not grown almost very very small now.I never seen this sympton on my penis before, i was hygenic as far i know.
3) why itching an dthen pimple with pus filled on my thighs. Doctor can you please view my photos again.
4) If all above is not herpes, can you suggest me what is this all going on in my life? can i go for another different test? Which specialized doctor i need to consult?

I was reviewing your other post where fleetwood had helped you. He Is extremely knowledgable. you can see he and I are on the same page. You need to relax and look at this logically and not so emotionally. I know that's easier said than done but you are spinning this out of control.

My penis bump did not turn into a fluid filled blister its almost disappeared.

The penis bump and the lip sore do not suggest hsv. Herpes lesions usually take a few weeks to heal not a few days. If your penis bump did not turn into a fluid filled blister in a couple of days then this does not suggest hsv. Your stress is your real enemy here. Your odds of acquiring hsv from this exposure is so low it's almost zero. You can send me a pm if you like.

Also since I got fever last month I'm still going urine dark in color

I had my all STD negative except IGM and I keep in mind it's not needed for adults.  I don't have any pain on penis.

I still have very small red dot kind of pimple on my penis frenulum which I never had before there is no pain and no growth. Also couple weeks back due to physical stress after workout I had lesion right down to lower lip lip it last for few days less pain not sure if that's acne or lesion I guess it's lesion

I'm very very scared please suggest me something

During your fever did you get lesions on your penis or lips? If not the fever had nothing to do with hsv

Igm tests are useless and false positives are the issue. Never take another igm. That is not herpes in the photos. What are they one. Take a type specific test at 12 weeks post exposure.  Keep in mind that if your partner had no active cold sores then your chance are very very small to contract hsv1. Do not stress about the igm test. Anyone who knows about the virus does not recommend this tests for adults.
