Possible HSV2 exposure

So early Sunday morning I was intoxicated and ended up hooking up with a random chick regrettably. We engaged in unprotected oral and protected vaginal. I'm really beating myself up about this and want to get past this. I know I already have HSV1 but I'm more anxious about HSV2. The girl I hooked up with has never had symptoms and hasn't had sex with anyone since her last STD test. What bothers me is that she got tested 2-3 weeks after her last test which doesn't give me too much confidence in her negative results. She says she has never presented any symptoms and doesn't see the need to test again. I was her third sex partner. She says her last sexual partner cheated on her but he tested 5 weeks after the deed and everything came back clean. Am I overreacting? Two days after the encounter I developed a sore throat and a pretty bad flu. The flu is pretty much gone but I still have bit of a sore throat. Is there any advice you can give me?

You are totally over reacting. There is no suggestion here that this partner has HSV2. You had protected sex and no symptoms since the contact. The odds of infection are therefore 1 in 50,000 or more in these circumstances.

Also to add, the past two days, I haven't really eaten or drank anything so that could be the reason for the flu.
