Possible Herpes Outbreak??

So heres my story...

Day 1: Freshly shave my pubes

Day 2: I have drunken sex one night unprotected with a girl who has a bad reputation. Due to the alcohol, we had sex for 2 hours which was very abrasive and aggressive.

Day 3: Nothing

Day 4: Wake up and the base of my penis is red and chaffed. Theres is two small bumps on the shaft of my penis about 1" apart from each other.

Day 5: The two small bumps pretty much go away but i feel a general itchiness

Day 6: Itchiness increases in the pube area. Somewhat of a small rash exists all over the pube area, but my thoughts are that it is due to the friction of sex and recent shaving. I go to the clinic and the doctor looks at the one faint spot on the shaft that is still left and says it doesn't look like herpes. He says he can't swab it and its too early for blood. That night the itching is pretty minimal but i do notice that my glands feel sensitive (I also just recently started working out 2 days prior which consisted of mostly core work)

Day 7 (Today) The itchiness continues and there is still a somewhat small rash on my pubes. I scratch the one faint spot on my shaft and irritate it. Its a red bump with almost like a little hole in the center. It is not a blister. still have a very faint redness and itchy sensation.

Does this at all sound like the outbreak of herpes??? Please help me. Could it just be lingering contact dermatitis?

Hi, of course only testing would confirm but does this appear as a herpes outbreak? No it does not but all appears as a friction irritation. Shaving that senitive area causes sweating and combined with the hairs growing back, no wonder your itching.
Herpes sores are most often described as blisters or razor type cuts with clear liquid that can be quite painful. They also can be confused and think they are something else but since you mentiioned the shaving, it would more appear from that. But since your sexually active do have a herpes test for the protection of future partners.

To add on to my story, the second day after sex, i came down with flu like symptoms but it only lasted from about 8pm until 7am. And this might have been caused by 7 days of binge drinking
