Possible Herpes?

Hello

I will try to cut straight to the point. I got really drunk, ended up going back to my dorm, met up someone from the dorm, who was sober. We tried to have sex, but I was so drunk that it didnt work whatsoever..if you know what i mean. In my belligerence I remember my non erect penis inside of her for a maximum of 15 seconds if that.

Anyways its been over 2 months, but I am now just getting worried. I have had tingling in my genital area, and a red rash. No bumbs, or lesions, or sores, or pus, or anything like that. Just a little bit of red splotches above my shaft and the tingling. Also these little white bumps appeared at the base of my penis..not sure if i had them before or not. I looked it up and someone said they are basically just pimples but I am not sure.

Thanks!

Hi, what your describing does not appear as a herpes outbreak but more fungal related as herpes are not white but clear and tingling is a symptom most often used for those who already have herpes and is a sign of a pending outbreak. You seem concerned so maybe see a doctor to end your anxiety.

Additional info: No pain peeing, no main masturbating, I am stressed all the time, due to my major, and I drink a ton.
