Hi Doctor,
At the beginning of September 2015 I made a mistake and had unprotected Intercourse with a friend. She swore she had nothing and was on birth control (or I would have never done it). About 4-5 days later, I noticed a small lesion on the underside of my shaft on the outer skin that just looked like dead skin - this made me really nervous and I also had the sweats that night. I showed it to the doctor at the school clinic and she said it looks like nothing - definately not herpes, most likely friction related. I also had a slight tingling in the penis head. The doctor swabbed the lesion and took a urine test for gonorrhea and clamydia - all was fine. However, since then the area around my uretha has seemed to be a constant red. A couple weeks ago, I had a bad headache. I started to get really anxious as I didn't know what it was. The next week, i felt this tingling in my penis head a bit again. I got really nervous and started researching, which perhaps made myself think I had other symptoms -burning sensation, tingling and numbness in legs and buttox. I also noticed a few red spots on the buttox and one or two on the upper thigh near my knee - they didn't look unusual (i usually get ingrown hairs on buttox from sitting down) so I ignored it. I saw a doctor and she said there is no evidence for herpes - it is all in my head and I'm creating these symptoms. The tingling started last Tuesday, and has been on and off and switching between my penis head, buttox, legs, and sometimes even arms. I also noticed a few spots on my elbow. I haven't felt any irritation or tingling in my penis since atleast 3-4 days ago. Last night I masturbated, and today I noticed a few slightly raised red spots on the penis head. I'm not sure what this could be, but I have had other red spots that disappeared in almost a day or two in the past. I also seem to have a white cottage cheese like substance on the rim of the head , but I have always had smega from not Washing it well enough. Do you think I have to worry about any STI's / fungal infections?
