What are the precautions that should be taken for oral sex when both partners have hsv2? Is oral sex even possible without transmitting hsv into oral hsv?
the only precaution is to not perform oral on active herpes lesions. otherwise you aren't likely at all to contract hsv2 orally if you both already have it genitally.
