Is it herpes?

Hello! Around the first of September I received oral sex from a girl. The next day i had red little spots on the head of my penis so I went and got checked out and he told me not too worry. A few days later my penis started having weird sensations, and even would hurt at times in random spots.
This went on for over a month. Finally on October 27th a small nearly flat bump popped up right below the rim of the head of my penis. It would hurt at times for a few seconds but never really severely. It was always a mild pain that would come and go, sometimes it wouldn't bother me for hours or even a day. But I went and got tested. I got tested for gonorrhea, chlymdia by using a urine test and for herpes by using a swab test. I did this within the first 24 hours of first noticing the bump.
At this point i was still having all this uncomfortable sensations and the tip of my penis would tingle whenever it seems clothes was touching it. The tests came back and said I had gonorrhea, but the chlymydia and herpes test were both negative. I got a shot for the gonorrhea and after taking another test it said i was cured.
But I am still having some of the same symptoms. The bump is still there and right below the bump whenever I get an erection it would get a blotchy red rash look.
I went to another doctor and he said it doesnt look like herpes, and then eventually went to another doctor and she said it doesnt look like herpes and I was given a cream and some antibiotics. Well its been over a month now and I am still having the symptoms I've described. Also, i have had pain in my buttock muscles and thighs.
So far I've seen 4 doctors and all of them say it doesnt look like herpes. But I don't know.
The bump never blistered and has never hurt severely, right now it isn't even hurting. But sometimes it will. I still have weird sensations on my penis and sometimes the tingling on my head still happens when what it seems like clothes touch it.
It's been a month and 4 days since the bump popped up. and about 3 months since all this started. I'm honestly feel like im going crazy. What should I do...

A herpes lesion would not last largely unchaned for a month. Testicle pain is not a sympotom of herpes.

well it's technically not a single bump. Almost like two bumps that are touching that forms a single bump. Anyways, like I said it's been there for a month and 5 days now. hurts sometimes, and when it does it's more of a sensitive almost raw feeling. Especially when clothes are rubbing against it. I have also had dull aches on my testicles. Is it possible to be a very mild herpes outbreak?!ive read many people have those.

A bump is not herpes. From what you decscribe, you do not really have any concerns about herpes.

The gon most probably did not come from the oral sex, but you acquired that previously from unoritected sex; possibly you have had it a while.

The bump is not caused by gon.

I am not really sure what it all could be. You need the help of a specialist.

Sometimes I feel normal, but then all the symptoms come back. The bump has never left though but sometimes you cant even really see it good. The doctors at times had hard time seeing it but if you rub the area a lot it seems to become more visible.
Could it be side effect from havin gonorrhea for nearly 2 months? Is it herpes? Is my severe anxiety taking over? Or is it just some kind of infection?
