Prostatitis/Herpes
Starting Symptoms occuring 3 days after unprotected sex:
pain inside and outside of penis , groin pain, fever, sore throat, loss of appetite, naseau, some ulcer thing on the back of my throat, flat red and skin colored circles on my penis(come and go, 1 day hear the next day gone), rectal pain, dry throat feel of dehydration, constant urination, penis is sore after ejaculation (maybe due to the lack of contact in fear of spreading something), zit/cold sore near lip
Doctor visit:
been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, aids, hepititis, hiv, herpes. all came back negative. my doctor also told me stop worrying about herpes cause it doesn't look like it and your test came back negative. also said that it was just acne near my lip. and that the ulcer/cut/circle thing on the back of my throat was nothing. she also thought i was halucinating/overreacting
Urologist visit:
doctor said thats not herpes or anything. he tells me do you ever look at your penis, like these red and white marks have always been there. then they assume its prostatitis because i said yeah that doesnt feel good when they checked my prostade...........im pretty sure everyone would say yeah that does not feel good. on a 45 day antibiotic called ciprofloxacn. i also asked does this look like hpv and they said no
Dermatologist:
says o thats interesting when she looks at my penis. like she has never seen a penis or something and says that is probably nothing maybe an allergic reaction. well i've switched to everything hypo allergenic and still the symptoms do not go away. it is possible i have prostatitis because the antibiotic is long 45 days, and maybe an allergic reaction accompanied..................but i highly doubt it and assume herpes
Symptoms after 10 weeks:
penis pain, sharp burns/needle feelings on penis/balls but there are no marks where the jabs occur, dots still come and go, white blisters have also formed on the back of my throat that went away after 2 weeks, does not feel good to where tight jeans or boxer briefs, also some blob thing that is flat and has a brown lining and the middle is the same color as my skin has formed it is about a cenitmeter big on my shaft (flat wart/herpe/ringworm/parasite?)
Now I am waiting till 3 months have gone by because I have read that sometimes it takes a while for the antibodies to form that can be detected from a blood test.
Questions:
1. Can a blood test always be negative and someone still have herpes?
2. Can herpes come and go like I am saying? I've seen commercials about 1 a day valtrex is that for chronic herpes that stay. Cause its been 10 weeks the symptoms are not 24/7, but i do feel symptoms throughout the day everyday
3. If not herpes what could I have, assuming its not prostatitis because of the rash.

If you calm down and stop worrying about it, if you do have Prostatis, it will subside. Prostatis is a very good possibility and I have had it years ago from worrying and when you stop worrying, it will slowly go away. Antibiotics are effective except it takes a very long time to work but you can take control over this yourself and stop worrying.
I think you need to listen to your Urologist on this as you have very typical symptoms of Prostatitis painful ejaculation and discomfort in and around your genital area and lower abdominal region are all pretty classic of this condition,also a DRE ( rectal examination) should generally be little more than slightly uncomfortable,Prostatitis is very common in young men and unforunately can take some time to sort out sometimes many weeks because what is effective in one person may not be in another and also because there are different variations of Prostatitis.
I agree you need to put Herpes out of your mind a qualified Urologist would certainly know if it was this from both visual exams and physical ones also. The rash is most likely to be just generalised irritation and inflammation resulting from the ongoing issue.
Try to relax and keep seeing your Urologist if your symptoms are not improving in any way and stop worrying about Herpes this will all resolve in time,it's just unfortunate that it's not a condition that will disappear overnight it may take some time.
To save yourself any future worries and concerns about Herpes always practise safe sex to avoid putting yourself through anymore of the mental anquish you are clearly suffering from on top of everything else thats going on.

I don't think you have herpes and I am not really going to write a lot about it because I am not even a Dr. and you have met every Dr. from Dr. Sulk to Dr. Phil and you are STILL not satisfied with their diagnosis. You are fine! If you keep focusing your mind on this over and over again, you will start to produce your own symptoms and PLEASE stay away from the internet. It will lead you down a bad path.. You are fine.
