Question about transmission

What if a guy had had his hand on his penis during a herpes outbreak and then with that hand touched the girls breasts? I know that herpes needs sort of an opening to transmit (or something like that) and couldn't the nipples be the opening? Or at the least couldn't it be transmitted because some of the virus could be on his hands and they are now touching the breast which is skin to skin contact?

it's still very low risk of transmission and really not worth worrying about.
