Question on Possible longer HSV infection

Okay anyone that has seen my profile knows I was diagnosed with gential HSV1 back in June. So back in April I had a UTI and yeast infection(first time ever for both)! And apparenlty that broken condom oncident lead me with my first STD ever, chlamydia. Thought the UTI and yeast  was from accidentally using scented tampons and the chlamydia (sorry if TMI). Buy the yeast infection was persistent as I was rediagnosed with it again in may. Now I'm wondering if the HSV could have caused the UTI and or yeast. If so, that would mean I've had it since around April. I told both guys that i have it but told the one that i couldnt have gotten it fr h as i had acquired the infection in may(which is whrn i had visible symptoms).......Any comments?
