Rash on Lower back

Ok, so about 2 months ago i returned from a vacation to Mexico City, when i started developing a rash on my lower back which started with a mosquito bite feeling bump (it itched).  I had not had sexual intercourse for almost 9 months, and she was a virgin (seriously) we were both each other's first.  I was prescribed an antibiotic for what almost looked like a pilonidal cyst. The rash went away for what seemed completely for a while, but then the bump had returned.  Now it is back and almost looks sacral herpes. 2 questions.  Would antibiotics suppress the herpes outbreak (since herpes is a virus and antibiotics attack bacteria) i might be answering my own question but just curious. 2nd) has anyone experienced something similar this?

The only thing you can do is to continue follow up with your provider for this. If they suspect herpes they need to do a lesion culture of active symptoms.

it also spreads the more i itch it.  but at the same time, much like herpes it left no scars after it went away with the antibiotic treatment.
