Rash on testicles/scrotum

I recently came back from a skiing holiday in which i received oral sex with a condom on. However 2 days later i started having itching on my testicles and today (3days later) a red rash has appeared on my testicles/scrotum, there are no other sign on my penis or elsewhere. A condom was used throughout but I am still concerned this could be herpres. The only other thing i can think is that its a fungal infection from wearing latex leggings throughout the week skiing for many hours as the only current signs are a red rash and heat from the scrotum/testicles. Thanks.

There is no realistic chance this is hsv. A reaction to the legging or skiing but not herpes.

Thanks, are there any chances this could be signs of any other STD's just overthinking at the moment.
You were at no risk for any std. I think you're just convened. I see no reason why you should be concerned
