Re-ocurring painful single bump with shiny skin and clear liquid

When I masturbate (through clothing with vibrator - once every couple of months for past couple of years) I get a painful bump. This is a re-ocurring problem. Sometimes the bump is on the left side and sometimes on the right side. After a day or so the bump feels like a little blister, smooth, shiny-like skin. If I put some magnesium oil on it, there is stinging and then it breaks and there's a little blood and it heals. The last painful bump was kind of like a mosquito bite and had a little slit in the middle and some clear liquid in the center of the hole. It's about the size of a dime. Some of these bumps hurt deep down in the nerve and some just hurt on the surface like a little skin ulcer or something. I only get one at a time in the area between the lips and the thigh.

I wen to various doctors but they said clogged hair follicle from shaving a week or so ago. I still get them but the nature of the bump has changed from just a painful bump with some white liquid to more ulcer-like with clear liquid (and sometimes blood) and more deeper pain.

I worry this is herpes even though I am celibate many years and had limited sexual partners and encounters.
I do eat a lot of sugar and am overweight. When it heals in a week it's like nothing happened. Then it might not happen for another month say when I masturbate and/or sit for prolonged times at net and eating a lot of sugar.

Is this herpes? A tender mosquito like single bump with shiny skin in center and little slit at top of bump with some shiny liquid seeping out?

it is hard to find sex toys that you really like in general I think!  When you do find one, you tend to stick with it :)

Regular massagers and mini massagers are low powered and are usually too gentle for me to do anything since the powerful high powered ones came into the picture and de-sensitized me. I'll work on re-training the body. Kind of like how junkfood addiction often makes healthy foods taste bland until you detox all the excitotoxins and then eat a local farm produce (:

you can't break the glass dildos - well at least not using them to pleasure yourself....lol  you can also experiment with warming them and cooling them to see which feels best too.

Never tried glass dildos but interesting tip. I can't feel anything with dildos and hands in general. The high powered is so powerful it almost hurts but its the only way I can feel now. I was abused a lot growing up so maybe this is part of it, I have sough years of therapy too.  I will try lube next time. And yes, I love the farmer's market and am strengthening my will, i got to get away from my friend who loves to tempt and sabotage and keep me chubby like him ;p

well at least lube up your skin before you use it even if you are using it over clothing. our genital skin is very delicate.  

have you ever tried the glass dildos?  they are nice because you can really get them clean and they don't wear out like the plastic does on vibes. I've really enjoyed my glass dildo and manual stimulation myself ;)

for most of us, it's starting to get into the right time of the year when fresh local produce is slowly coming in season .  If you have a local farmers market, try to stop by , look at all the fresh produce and bring home lots!   so many good foods you can make to fill you up so less room in your belly for cookies!

Thanks Grace, it is a high powered vibrator and too intense for direct contact but I can't feel anything with weaker ones. It is only using surface no insertion. The bumps used to have blood but last one was just a little see-through liquid. I will quit the carb habit. Thanks sooo much!
