Red Spots below the penis head. Important!!

Hi guys. I`m 17 year`s old and recently i discovered about 3-4 a tiny about 1/2cm size spots under my penis head. It doesn`t itch nor did i have any sexual activities with another person, I`m still a virgin. Also i`m circumcised. I do masturbate quite alot of times and i`m wondering if thats the cause... due to the friction or some sort. Should i go get it checked out or wait it out, if so what should i apply. and also some seem to fade away. It`s been there for about 2-3 weeks henceforth. I could also post some pics if needed... I`m really worried and need some help ASAP.

This is probably a late reply but anyways, i have found out that this is a penis eczema and specific "hydrocortisone cream" should be applied on the area every morning and night (ask your local med shops/gp to purchase + make sure to get all needed info). And so far the spots are fading away, Good luck people :)

there are good reasons why medical personnel go through years of training, it really is a bit more complicated than looking up pictures and diagnosing from that.

this sounds like irritation or jock itch. go and be seen for a proper exam and diagnosis.

I totally 2nd petal's advice to be kinder to the lil guy and use a good sex lube for masturbation. Ky or astroglide or something similar will give you a lot more satisfaction and it won't cause the skin issues like other things like body lotions and shower gels etc will.

I don`t think it`s either fungal infection and eczema, because i`ve just seen the pictures, an no i don`t have no lumps, cyst, or any fluid spots. All i have is like a red mark within skin which is familiar to a mark you would get from a scratch or something, but in a cicular form...

Genital herpes is an STD and you have to have sex for it to be an issue (same goes for any STD!). So, that you can put out of your mind.

Try using a good lube when you masturbate and see if that clears things up. And, fungal infections and eczema could be possible as well. You'd need to be seen by your doctor if it persists.

Yes fully virgin no oral sex either...and they seem just normal red bumps no itch no pain neither any discharges or any of those sorts... i`ve came to a conclusion that it could be from frequent mastubation...

By virgin do you mean no oral sex either? I remember when I was your age I considered myself a virgin but still indulged with that :) ... Anyway, you should be seen for a proper look up. This could be many things. It is very unlikely to be herpes. You should do more research on this virus and how it spreads before you become sexually active (I wish I did!)

Hope this helps.
