Scared I got oral herpes...

So I noticed 3 small red bumps on the inside of my upper lip. One of them was bigger than the other 2 and I popped it and clear fluid came out. The smallest one almost looks like it has a black root (like how a planters wart does). Is there anything else it could be or does it definitely sound like herpes? Please help, I'm really scared its herpes.

Many people with oral HSV1 never have cold sores. For those that experience symptoms it is usually like having a scratch say on your lip that has a small scab and takes a few days to heal.

If it is herpes, it is quite probably you have had this since your youth. More than half the population has oral HSV1 from their youth, hence this isn't something to be scared of, is it?
