Should I continue testing?
Hi,
A few months back, I engaged in protected vaginal sex with a woman who was HSV2 positive (although I did not know at the time). After finding out, I began getting blood tests for both HSV1 & HSV2. Results are below:
At one month, both HSV1 & HSV2 IgG < .90
At 3 months, HSV1 IgG = 0.27, HSV2 IgG = 0.15
At 3.5 months, both HSV1 & HSV2 IgG < .90
The first & third tests were done at LabCorp and the second was at Quest. I believe it was the HerpesSelect test all 3 times.
I haven't noticed any symptoms, but have read that since symptoms differ by person, they may go unnoticed.
I'm wondering if anyone sees a need for me to continue testing at this point as a result of this encounter. Thanks for your help.

i've had 2 false negatives from swab tests, but the doctors are 90% sure i have it. use condoms and if you get symptoms get back to clinic
lapcorp's herpes test is the captia test.
your tests are all negative. there's no reason for any more testing.
