Slight discomfort redness only on left side of penis.

So Tuesday night I met with a Trans, had oral sex without a condom for about 4-5 minutes or so, and then after I put a condom on for anal sex... the next day and til now, the left side of my penis and testicle sack seems to be a redness of some sort i feel a slight warmth but no burn the right sight side seems to be my normal skin color but the left just slight red... i been tested before and everything of me is clean for HIV and STD as of Dec of 2017. I know maybe it’s a lil early for anything to be caught but I’m just curious if it’s herpes or some sort...Also this was my first time doing this it’s my mistake and take full responsibility just worried and concerned...have a doctor appt next Tuesday 23 2018 to make sure

The risk of HIV through oral sex is negligible. You can test for HIV 28 days after the exposure if you go for a duo combo ag/ab test. If you go for an antibody test, it will be accurate 90 days after the exposure.

Oral sex exposes you specially to syphilis, gonorrhea and herpes. You can also get chlamydia theoretically, but the risk is so low and there are experts that say is not possible to get it this way.

You can test:
-For gonorrhea and chlamydia, 3 weeks after the exposure.
-For syphilis 6 weeks after the exposure, and if you get it negative, it would be interesting to re-test again 3 months after the exposure, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-3 months after the exposure you can test for herpes.
