Small red bump by my clitoris

I have this small red bump (it's painful when touched) right in front of my clitoris. I'm not sure what it is, it doesn't seem hard but rather more like a pimple. I've never had one before and I'm very uncertain as to what it is, and im kinda conserned.

I'm not sure, from how it sounds. Just keep an eye on it and stop touching it. Get some ph-balanced wipes and use those on it when you go to the bathroom, making sure not to touch other areas of your vagina with the wipe so you don't spread it if it is HSV. If it starts to turn white, it may be. Don't stress. Just head to the doctor for a blood test.
