On aug 26 I had sex with csw and the sex with protected with a latex condom. A couple of weeks later I started to have a burning sensation in my thigh and groin area. The next couple of days I developed a few bumps on my scrotum the left side about 6 or 7 small bumps. The bumps had a hair in the middle of them so I was a little concerned and made an appointment with my dermatologist. Also the bumps are painless and disappeared before my visit so I wasn’t able to show her. She concluded that it doesn’t sound like herpes and prescribe me medication Desonide Cream and Econazole Nitrate Cream because I do suffer from eczema but I never had this kind of problem in 32 years. After about a week and half of using the cream which had little effect on me I’ve developed many small pimple like bumps on my shaft. Flaccid you can’t hardly notice them but fully erect you can see them as clear as day. They been there for about a week no pus or blisters or sores and there not painful just unpleasant. I’ve als made an appointment with my urologist to get checked out. My questions are could this be a side effect from the creams I’m using. Or could this be a herpes outbreak or Syphilis I’m very concerned here. I did have a baseline test before I was with this CSW and everything was negative. I did use a condom but with skin to skin contact is not 100% but this was only a one time exposure. Does this sounds like she gave me and std, my eczema or something else your imput is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Man it's hard to say what's exactly going on but I will say you can forget about any std causing this. In my experience people complain of these odd things when they become hyper aware of everything down below. I get small red spots on occasion as well. They go away in a day or so. Follow up with your Dr but i am confident your fine.

I finally found out what was going on. Negative skin biopsy and negative
Hsv-2 test. Inflame hair follicles from shaving. Thanks for everything take care

We've been over this. Your protected encounter was extremely low risk and your symptoms don't sound herpes related. Definitely not syphillis.

I know but I’m clueless on what’s going on down there. Do you have any thoughts about what it sounds like to you since it doesn’t sound like herpes to you.

It’s been 7 weeks after the fact. I did get tested for everything else accept Syphilis and Herpes all other tests were negative just looking for a little clarity
