Symptoms and doubt in testing

Last Exposure: 4 months back.

Symptoms:
I started developing pain in my left testicle, left buttock and complete left leg.  Pain in both sides of groin, but no swelling.  There is tenderness as well pain on penis and testicle.   I din't have any outbreaks, sores or lesions so far in all these months.  However I had swelling and pain in my left knee and bone, and it is still persists continuously.   If I touch the bone on the side of my  knee or knee cap, it is paining.   I'm having pain in my right hand finger as well.   Though it did not have any swelling or fluids, I'm having pain.   I feel tightness and stiffness all over my body.   I'm having all these symptoms constantly present for the last 4 months after the exposure.

After surfing the internet for quite a while, I co-related these symptoms could be related to Herpes.

HSV - 2 IgG Test results:
After 4 weeks = 0.12
After 9 weeks = 0.14
After 14 weeks = 0.12  (different lab)

Questions:
1. Am I having Genital Herpes?
2. What is the % of test result accuracy after 14 weeks?  Do I need any further testing?
3. Why I'm having the above pains for 4 months after the exposure?
4. Do I need IgM testing as well?
5. Any further tests required?

no an anal fissure will not cause your symptoms of knee pain and swelling and it's not likely to be the cause of your other pains either.

Thank you.   I will check with my doctor to look into that perspective as well.
Can anal fissure cause pain in the genitals as described in my symptoms?  I am planning to meet a gastroenterologist as well.   This pain is driving me crazy.

My ex boyfriend had similar symptoms to yours a few years ago. His diagnosis was Neuropathy, a condition of a nerve on his leg that reflected the pain on his knee, thigh, groin area and lower back. Maybe you might want to consider having testing done on the nerves on your leg.

The doctor is saying he is finding difficult to come to a conclusion for the pains I'm having.
The doctor gave me cipro and some other antibiotics.   None of them worked on me so far.

I have all the other std tests done as well.   They all are negative.   I have swelling and pain in my knee continuously.   Can any injury in the nerve in the knee can cause pain upwards - groin and testicle and tenderness?

When I sit, my testicle touches the seat, at this time the pain shoots up, and I start loosing my mind.   Once this pain comes up every day, I'm not able to concentrate on anything.  This is there continuously for the last 4 months.  All these strange symptoms started only after the exposure.   I never had the history of knee pain or testicle pain in the past.

The other thing I can think of is, I'm having anal fissure.  Can this cause testicle, penis pain?
I read in one of the article from Harvard university in some link.   It was saying spasm in anal sphincter muscle is a trigger point for pain in penis and testicle.   I'm not sure how to validate this before coming to a conclusion to see anal fissure can cause spasm in anal sphincter muscle, which in turn causing all these pains?

Oral with someone whom I din't know in the past.
Nothing to get worried right for Herpes?   How did you overcame this issue?   I have pain in Penis.  But I don't have any problem while masturbating or urinating.  No burning pain.

according to your results you are negative, most likely anxiety.

Sounds like your symptoms are more related to anxiety than anything else.  I believe that IgG tests are at least 90% accurate after 12 weeks.  When I thought I had been exposed, I started noticing every slight ache and pain and attributed them all to herpes.  I almost drove myself insane.  What was the nature of the exposure you had?
