Based on the fact that you haven’t been sexually activ for a year and the test shows very low positive, without you mentioning you have any symptoms, makes me believe it’s false positive. It’s enough time to make antibodies, if you are truly positive the test would show way higher numeric value. As ToolHip1973 advice you, go get Westen Blot rest to confirm it. I bet you are negative
Without any symptoms, and the numeric value under 3.5 it could be false positive. Wait couple of weeks and test again, if the numeric value does not go up you are negative. The test is sensitive and could pick up some odd proteins. It’s been long enough to build antibodies. I doubt you are positive.
