Tingling lips. Is it HSV1? please help

Hello I recently had a new partner 19 days ago. We kissed for a few seconds very lightly no heavy kissing. She also had lipstick on I believe so I don't know if there was covered up sores or if there were any sores at all. Yesterday I started having a slight burning feeling on both my lips and today it still feels the same. No fever, no flu symptoms, minor sore throat and watery nose, probably from allergies. My question is could this be the start of blisters on my lip? Am I still in the incubation period for hsv1? And if I give my female partner oral sex will she have blisters apper on her vigina? Please help either any info I'm very worried :(

Thank you so much for the quick response. I can't help but still feel worried. How soon can I get tested to confirm it is or isn't hsv1?

Hi, if she did not have any lip sores at the time then your risk is close to zero and the type of light kiss you gave would make it zero as takes rubbing contact to force the virus into a nerve.
