Ulcerations on Penis?

Hi,
So around 2 weeks back, I noticed redness on the left lip of my penis hole. I am uncircumcised and have never engaged in sexual contact with any girl, I am 18 years old. I have never got physical with any girl. I avoided masturbation and waited for it to heal automatically but it didn't work. I also have an ulcer on my glans. It stings when I touch any of the ulcers, although it does not sting when I pee(the redness around the penis hole). I went to my dermatologist recently and she said it's genital herpes but, I fail to understand how could that be true if I haven't ever had sex or got physical with any girl Also, since I have had this for 2 weeks, it should heal. So, I went to my local doctor and he just said it's a skin infection and there's nothing to worry about. He gave me a cream(T-Bact) to apply 3 times a day and Cephaexin capsules. I am still very worried as to what it is. Please help me. What do you think it might be? I am really nervous.
Thanks

I was telling on the basis of the diagnosis given by my dermatologist. I don't know what it is. I have no pain, and my stinging has also reduced, though three ulcers are still present. I have avoided masturbation for 3 weeks now so that the skin doesn't tear more. Could it be a skin infection or anything?

if youve never had sexual contact this would not be herpes related. This is a herpes forum.
