Urinary Tract Infection or Herpes?

I had protected oral and vaginal sex 5 weeks ago. I had had low fever at day 2-6, white discharge and itchy penis head. No obvious sore I believe (I didn't notice any).
I got my first urine test at 1 week which came back negative, but 5 weeks later I tested it again and doctor said I may have UTI (urine culture found bacteria of 1000 /ml, no significant bacteria growth).
After 5 days of antibiotics, my symptoms (abdominal pain, bladder pain and mild urethra pain, as well as sensitive belly button) only become more severe.
What's the possible cause of my symptoms and why the antibiotics have no effect at all?
Is it possible I have HSV 2 ? (I had also tested at 5 weeks and came back as negative, which I know this is too early for HSV test)

I am worried and helpless. Please help! Many thanks in advance!

Herpes is a virus not a bacterial infection.

A follow up question about my urine test(do bear with me if  I should ask this in other forum), it stated that:
Mixed growth of staphylococcus spp, streptococcus spp, coliforms isolated.
Insignificant growth for sensitivity test.

Any idea of what it means? What's the meaning of "isolated"? If this mean no significant bacteria could be found, why I am diagnosed with UTI but not other possibility, like herpes?

Surely doesn't sound hsv related at all and your protected oral and vaginal sex really was so little risk. Combine that with not having any classic herpes symptom makes hsv very unrealistic.

Feeelingundone, thanks for your reply.
Side track a bit, I have relieved from HIV anxiety as my combo test at 4th week came back negative. Thanks for your previous comments on that.

I doesn't understand why the antibiotic doesn't work. I also have continuous headache and joint pain on arms and knees. I heard from other case (worried778). He had similar symptoms as mine and no obvious sores. He finally tested to confirm HSV 2 positive. I am so frustrated and feeling unwell.
I think he tested at around 5-6 weeks
his name was "worried788"
You really can't go by his case. First of all we never got actual results from the testing. He tested pos for both hsv2 and hsv1. He most likely had hsv1 for a long time and since no testing values were ever posted we can't say with certainty he had hsv2. Hsv2 tests are very sensitive and low false positives are pretty common, especially when already having hsv1. So i caution using this as concrete evidence and it's extremely rare to have hsv symptoms linger like that. You also have to take into account that this is a very old thread and obviously incomplete.
I'm not saying it's an impossibility just highly unlikely
Understood. I wish I am not that unlucky, as it was only one encounter. Appreciated your answer!
