I had an outbreak believed to be herpes(test to come back tomorrow) I have only had one partner in the last 6 months and this is the first Outbreak I have had, and it is not painful at all.

Yes it is possible to be infected and show no symptoms for some time,in some cases it can range nywhere from days to months to years,you done right to be tested if you suspect you may have been infected the test will clarify this for you.

no herpes testing is not a part of routine pregnancy testing in most clinics. She'd have to ask specifically if she was tested for it or not.
