Weird Symptoms After Encounters With SWs - Herpes? STD? HIV? Please Help

HI,

Thank you so much for providing this service to help out idiots like me. I like how professional the doctors on here are so I wanted to look for an honest answer here.

I've had several protected encounters with several SWs, always with protection when vaginal, sometimes unprotected oral. Some kissing and licking as well. I started this probably about 1 year ago and have had several encounters (maybe 10-15) so I can't really give a specific time frame for each encounter I'm afraid. I've done a lot of reading on here and seen that most of what I've done was considered low risk. But out of the probably 50 threads that I've read, almost all of them say low risk, which makes me think that maybe I'm seeking out threads that are just telling me what I want to hear instead of the reality. The symptoms that I have started with a dizzy lightheaded feeling. Then pressure behind my eyes which comes on randomly then goes, Then a slight tickle in my ears. I read up that this is a common symptom of sinusitis so I went to the Urgent care center and the doctor barely looked at me, said my ears looked fine but my uvula in my throat was swollen and so were the lymph nodes in my neck, so he said it was probably a throat infection. He put me on 10 days of Penicillin VK. It seemed to help, but the day after I finished it, the symptoms came back and are still here minus the dizzy light headedness. During the antibiotic period, I had masturbated a couple of times, then the next day I had 5-7 bumps all over the base of my shaft most in the hair that looked exactly like whiteheads. I popped one and pimple pus came out. I also pulled the hair out of a few and they also pooped from that. There was also a huge one (about half the size of a dime) that I accidentally broke while taking a shower. I've never had a whitehead that big before. So I figured that the masturbation might have cause me to break out down there. About a day later, while I was eating ice cream, I poked myself on my upper gums with part of the ice cream and it hurt slightly. The next day my upper gums were extremely swollen on the left side of my mouth. My left neck lymph node also now seemed more swollen and hurt a little when I turned my head. I was terrified at this point because I wasn't sure if the ice cream had caused the gum wound or if the wound was already there and the ice cream touching it made me aware of it. A day or two later a spot on my swollen gums became raised and extremely painful to the touch. During all of this, I noticed a painless pinched looking part of skin on the upper side of my tongue. Almost like it had been bitten to form that shape. I starting brushing my swollen gums and tongue more often and now there seems to be a 2nd raise bite mark on my tongue. The inside of my mouth has a metallic taste to it now also. It's been about 5-6 days and the swelling of the gums is gone and so is the pain, but the part that was painful before, now feels unnaturally slick and smooth and I can see what looks like red marks on it in the mirror. The eye pressure persists and I've started taking Sudafed for Sinus pressure which I am not sure if it is helping or not. The doc recommended it with the Penicillin, but I forgot to buy it when i got the Penicillin so I'm taking it now. I don't have any other sinus related issues and even though I'm terrified, I doubt that all of this stuff suddenly happening can all be anxiety related. Do any of these symptoms sound like Herpes or some other std?  HIV? I read that all herpes needs is skin to skin contact. Or is it possible that I got a sinus infection from kissing a SW with poor hygiene? Is it possible that the whiteheads on my shaft are STD related? And the swollen gums with the painful spot. Is it possible that this is std? I feel like it would be too much of a coincidence for it to be gingivitis or a canker sore along with me randomly getting a sinus infection AND breaking out with acne on my penis which has never happened to me up until now. I won't be able to get tested for another month or more because I work when all health places are open. Also, during the most recent encounter (yesterday, stupid I know) the condom broke during vaginal with a SW and I finished inside. It was probably broken inside her for at most 15 seconds because I was constantly checking and it was fine until I finished. I think it broke because she was dry down there. She assured me she got tested often and has never contracted anything, she even swore on her son's life. But this just added to all the fear that I already had from all of my previous symptoms. About 10 minutes later, I poured rubbing alcohol all over my penis and dabbed some in the urethra out of fear (Which I've now read on here that it was probably a bad idea) then washed it with soap and water and put hand sanitizer on it. What are the chances that I caught something from that encounter? I think some of the penis pimple scabs might have come off during this encounter because I noticed an open spot where a scab used to be after I took the broken condom off and this scared me even more. I'm an idiot and I wish that I could go undo all of my stupidity. Please give me an honest answer from the info I've given. And I'm sorry if I posted this question on the wrong forum. (I'm new to posting here) Thank you very much

Hi, all of what youve posted do not match any std,s. Herpes sores are not puss filled. With most std,s the common symptom would be a white penis discharge and urethra irritation either burning while urinating or an itching in the urethra.
Let us know your test results and you might want to have a genital sore swabbed to see what it is as testing is the only way to know for sure.
