possible herpes?? hard sore spot on inner labia

Last Thursday I had unprotected sex. I have never had unprotected sex without being in a relationship and i regretted it straight away, he is a good friend and we have always been close but ive always been very careful but i slipped up!
Yesterday I noticed a spot on my inner labia on the very thin bit of skin just to the side of the clit, its very hard and red and about the size of a spot. It has no white tip that I can see and it almost looks very slightly blue/purple. I have tried to pop it but it won’t budge and instead it stays rock hard. It doesn’t itch or sting but it does feel bruised when i touch it. I am very worried it might be herpes. I have had a good feel of it and its definitely under my skin also, like a very hard ball.
I also started getting a sore throat yesterday and a bit of a cold, as well as my nymph nodes coming up (which is VERY unusual for me). Ive also had a headache, been tired and very dizzy all week.
I am really worried and I’ve booked in a test tomorrow, but can anyone throw any light on this? Honesty please 

if it's hard, it's not likely to be herpes going on. going to be seen is the best course of action.

have you asked your friend about his last std testing? odds are neither of you have ever been tested for herpes but this doesn't sound like herpes anyways.

The samething happen too me . I was havin unprotected sex with my boyfriend then I start feeling hella sick hella sleepy , everything hurt like I had the flu & it starting burning when I went pee . Went to the hosptial they had me pee in a cup told me I had a UTI gave me pills . I felt better for like a few days got sick again . When I went pee it was burning way more then I had red bumps starting to form I ignore because I'm like my boyfriend is clean he wouldn't cheat then it hurt to wear tunderwear & jeans . I had to buy big underwear & sweats . After a week me & him went to the dr .they took blood & looked at my vigina told me I had herpes . A few days later found out I have type 2 . Get check before it gets worse
