What are these red dots inside my labia? Herpes?

Hello,

I noticed that when I stretch my labia I have these small red dots.

They feel smooth and do not itch or burn

Do they look like herpes?

if not could you please tell me what they are.

Could they be stretch marks, I have had two children vaginally, could these be the cause?

I recently rubbed my vagina on another guys penis, there was no penetration, and he didn't seem to have any sores, he said he has been tested and is clean, but I know people can lie.

He also licked my vagina, but again I didn't see any sores in his mouth or on his mouth.

This is making me very nervous, I have an appointment in a week to see my ob gyn, but would like some peace of mind until I see her.

Here is a pic

Thanks

I totally agree, see a doctor straight away. Not possible to say from pics but I think it is worthwhile obtaining a swab.

I'd go to a doctor asap, you don't know what it could be! Possibly yes.
