What is bright red loutlined shape in a dull red painless sore on the penis?
I had an unprotected ******** with a sex worker where I didnt cum. I suspect it is just Herpes Simplex but it had a bright red heart shape and another bright red line in the dull red sore. My penis was too thick and her teeth were giving me some pain. What does those lines mean? I am getting tested for Herpes Simplex.

How long after the oral sex (I'm assuming you mean oral sex), did you get these symptoms? Where on your penis are the sores?

About 1 day. The sores were above the ridge.
There's no STD that gives you symptoms after a day. It could be abrasions from teeth or something, but it's not an STD.
