What is likelihood someone drinking after you getting oral herpes?

I was at a social event for work and having wine tasting.  Someone grabs my cup and drinks right after me.  What are the chances of my coworker getting oral herpes? Before I can tell her no don’t drink.

Reading your previous post I can see that you are very worried about passing this on. Since there is no real statistics on transmission rates for hsv1 it’s hard to put in perspective for you how hard it is to transmit the virus. With 60% of the population being infected (me included) i just would not worry about it at a min disclose if you will perform oral sex and avoid kissing during outbreaks. That’s all.

as an adult, oral herpes is almost exclusively transmitted through romantic type kisses, not social pecks. You aren't likely to contract hsv1 from this
