When should I re-test to confirm negative status?

I had a possible herpes exposure this year on 10/09. I tested negative on 11/13. No symptoms to date and no further sex encounters since 10/09.

If that's all then this was a zero risk event. Even if she has hsv, still zero risk. You do not need further testing.

What was you exposure? This will help me determine if you even need another test.

She told me about getting pimples in the vaginal area from time to time. None could be seen during the encounter.

She ran her hand through her pubic hair and then touched my penis.
