White pimple like sore around mouth. Is this herpes. Please help.

7 months after my brief kissing exposures, today I got a sore just below my bottom lip. It only hurts when I squeeze  it. I am worried if I would get the cluster of them as herpes symptom. Last 6 months has been terrible for me with so kuch of stress everyday. I do not want to hear it as oral herpes. I tried to rupture it and it is only painful and it comes back immediately. I am scared to death as these pimples/sores are only coming around my mouth. Experts pleaser suggest on how to tackle this. I am planning to marry a girl I like.i do not want to have this. Please help.

You are way over worried about this. We go over this everytime you get a pimple. Go get it looked at if it concerns you. Unfortunately there is nothing more we at medhelp can do for you on this. I also stand by my comment on one of your previous threads on speaking to a professional. This will help with the irrational fears.
