Wondering if this is herpes

On 6/12 I had unprotected oral sex with a woman that has gHSV-2. Before the act was performed she masturbated herself vigorously. I did not touch her vaginal parts, but I do believe she touched me with the hand she used to touch herself while giving me oral.

Since then I have felt the following symptoms: fatigue, burning thighs, pins and needles and pain in left foot, hip pain, dull ache in buttock, lower back pain(all left side) random pain in head of penis and I had a Canker sore on tip of tongue.
I have not had any genital lesions or rashes of any kind on my penis. I ordered a test at 6 weeks (7/25), IgG for hsv-2 which came back negative a day later.

Will do sore legs.

Had a row of bumps on my ankles and one blister on my wrist, 70% sure this is herpes. Haven't had an outbreak yet though.

If you find out what it is let me know. I have been experiencing this for 6 months with negative tests at 5, 14 and 25 weeks.

Type 1&2
Still negative??
He probably wouldn't test after that. A negative WB is conclusive at 12-16 weeks. There's no need for further testing.

The odds of contracting hsv like you describe is astronomically low. By that i mean, you had no real risk at. Move on this is not herpes.
