Under hsv1 it has
HSV 1 IgG, type Spec
And the result is 62.10h

Hsv 2 result 0.91
Exactly what does this mean?

We need to see the test numbers as may be a false positive. But as mentioned many people have hsv1 oral from childhood and many never have outbreaks.

I've never had lip or mouth sores.  NEVER.  DO YOU THINK IT CAN BE A MISTAKE IN THE TESting?   I never had a std and don't know how to deal with it

Hi and welcome. Best to post your test here to be sure but if you have hsv1 its mostly likely oral contracted from childhood. Since many have it your g/f should test as well as she cant re-catch it. If she does not have it avoid kissing and oral sex when a lip sore is there and has completely healed.
Most that get hsv1 oral are young children whose immune systems are not yet strong.
