Worried about symptoms . + really don't know what could be going on

I'm very worried that I might have caught something , and don't know what these symptoms are a few weeks after an drunken encounter . two weeks after encounter around late night ,burning sensation on my testicles ,and warm feeling on penis plus sharp tingle on and around shaft.  Sometimes itchy shaft . itchy pubic groin area ,burning thighs ,tingling anus on and off.Itchy calves I been scratching at the most random times .the main thing that scares me is the tingling in penis and anus. Im 100 percent I didn't have clamidya, gonnorea,HIV ,aides in the first place since i did not have sex with anyone prior this encounter and decided to get tested regardless and everything came up negative . I'm worried about syphillis ,HPV,and herpes as the main suspects of my symtons though I think  i tested to early for siphylis and hsv2 i tested two weeks for siph prior encounter and hsv2 a month after . and got negative for both . I've had no lesions nor bumps yet for the passed two months . I just can't find the suspect of these symptoms and its stressing me out thinking I have a disease .any advice ? Should I get a retest for hsv2?,and maybe HPV.

So is prodrome only for people that already been infected ??or is there still a rare chance I could b infected regarding my early test because I never experienced this problem b4

It's only for outbreaks after the first outbreak.

So do you think its safe to continue unprotected with my gf? Its just the tingling that's getting to me

Yes I do. Tingling is not a sign of a hsv primary outbreak. It's a prodrome symptom of a pending outbreak. That outbreak would happen a day or so from the onset of prodrome symptoms.

It was genital contact with a female for about 15-20 seconds

Well that's beyond a small risk. I wouldn't even recommend testing after such a low to none risk activity

There are no rests for hpv. Hpv will not cause these symptoms. Either will syphillis. You didn't state what exactly you did or if your partner was a male or a female? Syphillis is rare among hetero couples.
Hsv is highly unlikely as you would have developed lesions. These symptoms in the absence of lesions is very rare.

I also been having a burning feeling on butt when I'm sitting down or in a chair ,just mad uncomfortable symptons
