Was planning on treating myself after working hard. Was thinking of booking an outcall tantric massage in singapore. I'm a virgin and it was kinda a fantasy to have a threesome so looked at a four hands massage.

I think the gist of it is you would be naked. Two masseuses would be either naked or in lingerie. They would massage you with their hands, then do a body to body massage sliding themselves over your naked body it says from 'head to toe', and then give a 'lingam massage', i.e. finishing you off with a handjob, after apparently running their hands all over your genitals.

Given the skin to skin contact as you are naked and their bodies would brush against your genitals, even if they wore lingerie or were naked, is there a chance that you would get herpes or some other std? I know singapore is generally a safe place, but are the masseuses clean?

The massage sounds great and I'd love to get it, but I don't want to put my future happiness with sexual partners nor my life at risk for an hour of fun?

Yes it is possible in theory but what you are talking about is almost a zero risk event. Your odds are probably like 1 in  10,000 or more.

Again it's impossible to say that this is 100% safe but it is a very low risk activity

It is possible in theory to contract hsv this way. In the real world this is such a low risk event. Hsv does transfer from skin to skin contact while being massaged in. For this to happen one of them at least needs to have hsv. Then they need to be shedding the virus or having an outbreak. Then it needs to be transferred and massaged in. You can always ask they wear small shorts. This won't ruin the experience and will help. Again this type of exposure is very little risk
