Help!

Few questions, here are the facts. A week ago I had a protected encounter with a sex worker for about 20 sec. (couldn't go through with it and I was really really drunk don't even remember much) She had not signs of sores. I don't have any sores or redness or rash. A little itching but seems to be typical or related to public hair. MY SYMPTOMS: Pain in both legs and butt checks and feet and hands, not very painful but enough to know that its there. I read this was a sign of herpes. Not constant pain though, it comes and goes. I had a fever the day after this event but it went away, i had been feeling sick before the encounter.

(1) What is the likelihood of being infected while using a condom during 20 sec.?
(2) Will a test 4 weeks after this encounter be accurate? What percentage accurate?
(3) Are the leg pains herpes related even with no other symptoms, they started about 4 days after encounter.

I am so scared and ashamed, I could really use some help.

Your pains are not due to herpes. You need to follow up on them with your provider to find out what is really going.
