blood test values

i broke out with genital blisters on aug 11.  culture returned hsv positive type 2.  on aug 24 IiG value was 1.0  and my IiG vaule was 1.48.    how recent is my exposure and might i have exposed anyone in between?  
sex with subject #1    feb 7,  april 5, may 23, june 25,  july 30

You can not ascertain how long you've been infected by the igg results.

my doctor just said because of blood test values that it was "recent" all info about blood lab values is getting more and more confusing.  since first outbreak i assumed it had to be 2 to 20 before?

About 1/2 of all presumed newly acquired infections are actually just the first obvious recurrence of a previous one.  

You tested + 2 weeks after symptoms started so there's no way to know if it's a newly acquired infection or not. About 1/2 of folks will test + on the igg by 2-3 weeks into being infected.  

I recommend your current partner get tested to know their status.  That's all that really matters anyways - the status of the person you are currently involved with.

subject #1 tested neg, not involved with anyone now....too afraid

subject # 3 got blamed for outbreak.   only new man involved with.  would antibodies form that quickly?  this is complete list of partners for past 19 years.  the more i read the confused i get.  i feel like if i did not have a postive culture that i would feel blood test false because of low numbers.  my regular md not very good at informing me about meaning of them all.  never had any symptom before that outbreak and lasted 3 weeks with swollan galnds.
