can i still get it?

If I were to get oral from a person who has herpes in their vagina but they dont have anything in their mouth can I still get it ?

you would have to have active oral symptoms to get tested to know if you have herpes orally or not.

So is there two different tests they do to figure out if the have it oral or not?

if the partner doesn't have oral herpes, you won't contract herpes from them performing oral on you.
